Carnwrath Golf Club is situated to the west of the village of Carnwrath. Founded over a century ago by Mr W Auchterlonie the rural setting of the course makes it a pleasant and enjoyable round. The fact that it is located between Glasgow and Edinburgh means it is a popular with many golfers throughout the year.

Despite being less than 6000 yards in length three of the first four holes are par 3. Meaning that any golfer will have to be on top of his short game from the word go.

The final four holes to the course provide a tough finish to the course encompassing water hazards and sharp doglegs that will challenge even the most accomplished golfer.

The friendly nature of the clubhouse will go well with the excellent catering on offer making Carnwrath an irresistible test of golf in the Lanarkshire area.
