Colville Park came into being as a nine hole course designed by David Adams in 1923 but underwent a James Baird course extension in 1926, when a further nine holes were completed.

Set across the glorious parkland of Jerviston Estate in Motherwell the course is owned by Corus PLC and includes Jerviston House, the beautiful building that members of Colville are lucky enough to call their clubhouse.

Measuring 6,302 yards form the medal tees, the course is a challenge for golfers. That’s not to say it can’t be mastered, with a course record 63 a testament to that fact. Colville aims to test every skill a golfer has and as such the course is a stern but varied test of golf. The clubhouse has a fine reputation for taking care of its visitors, as can be seen by the quality of the services and catering it provides to anyone wishing to play at Colville.
