Nestling in 400 acres on the edge of the Kilsyth Hills, only 12 miles from Glasgow City Centre, Westerwood has been carefully designed to merge into the landscape. Many of the 49 bedrooms have panoramic views over the golf course which was designed by Seve Ballesteros and Dave Thomas.

The 18 hole, par 72 course is now run in partnership with the Scottish National Golf Center. The resident professional and the SNGC team are on hand to provide expert tuition and assist in the organization of corporate golf events, which are a specialty. Without doubt the most spectacular hole must be the 15th, aptly named the waterfall which is set against a 40 foot rock face.

Directions
Just off the main A80 Glasgow-Stirling Road. Turn off at Dullatur and go past Dobbie Garden Centre, then go up the hill to Westerwood.
