Originally built as a nine-hole course in 1989, Fingle Glen was extended in 2002 to a full 18-holer and a further extension was later made to allow the course to be lengthened and improved.

The course is blessed with an array of challenges and also stunning scenery. Fingle Glen will test your full range of shot making abilities as well as some breathtaking views across the countryside and beyond.

Don’t concentrate too hard on the natural surroundings however, as there are plenty of obstacles and hazards for you to overcome if you are to be in with a chance of a low scoring round.

Along with some short par-4’s which offer good birdie opportunities, there are some challenging par-3’s and 4s which test the most steely of golfers. The par-5’s, one on each nine, give balance to the course as well as a good chance to make par.

The club has also been recognised for its high standards in coaching, sports equity and ethics, only the second club in Devon to do so.
