Perranporth Golf Club

Step back in time with a round at Perranporth, a course which has stayed almost identical in form since it was originally designed and constructed by legendary golf course architect James Braid, way back in 1927.

Widely regarded as one of the finest championship standard links courses in the south east, if not the county, it has the added bonus of a stunning panorama of the golden sands which lie below its seaside cliffs.

Few courses are better positioned than this so, to ensure you take in all Perranporth has to offer, pause for a moment on the fifth and 14th tees and admire the truly spectacular scenery of which you could never tire.

As you would expect from a Braid creation, each hole has been carefully manufactured and sports its own individual character and demanding features.

Enjoy playing the greens which are usually hard and play fast, making them more suitable to those who favour the ‘bump-and-run’ rather than the checking chip shot.
