Established in 1910, and redesigned by H.S. Colt in 1924, the course at Ulverston Golf Club flows naturally over its hillside terrain through avenues of mature trees, between shrubbery and over hazardous rocky outcrops.

At 6,201-yards in length, the par-71 parkland course, requires proficiency throughout the bag in order to be conquered. Precision is required to find greens often well guarded by bunkers, with accurate approach play enabled by regularly finding fairways flanked by woodland.
