Five Lakes Golf Club, Lake Course

The Lakes course measures a colossal 6,767 yards in length and is an immense challenge to golfers from all walks of life.

Every club in the bag is required for this tricky monster course.

Designed by Neil Coles MBE, he aimed to enhance the rolling landscape of the surrounding countryside by creating a course with intriguing features and landscaping as well as sneaky hazards, testing greens and fantastic fairways.

The tees and greens are built to USGA green specification and the parkland course can count lakes as one of its key features. It is a regular host to the regional PGA event as well as being selected for the prestigious Nick Faldo Challenge.

The abundant water guards no less than 10 holes and is slightly longer than its sister links course located at the same venue.

The fairways benefit greatly from an irrigation system and the generous fairways, large greens and water hazards provide a great test for all golfers who tee up there. There are great practice facilities and a floodlit eight-bay driving range.
