Spanning 120 acres of scenic Norfolk countryside, the Bawburgh Golf Club course at Glen Lodge was originally conceived as nine-holes, though was extended to 18 in 1991. In 2009, further enhancements brought the course to its current 6,720-yard, par-72 layout.

It is a course that requires precision to navigate the multiple water hazards and strategically placed bunkers, whilst also demanding consistent ball-striking to traverse the longer par-4s and par-5s. The half-way house offers a chance to reflect on what might have been and wonder what lies ahead while enjoying a cold beverage.

For those looking to hone their skills and prepare for the enjoyable challenge ahead, Bawburgh Golf Club has a practice net, two practice putting greens, and a small chipping area.

The Scandinavian style clubhouse at Glen Lodge provides the ideal atmosphere in which to relax and reflect upon your round. Visitors would be wise to have their game coincide with the delicious carvery available in the clubhouse restaurant on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons.
