Searles Golf Club

This welcoming nine-hole golf course is one of Norfolk’s most accessible. Open to all on a pay as you play basis, the course has a style reminiscent of a links layout with good, spacious greens and the Heacham River meandering through the third and fourth holes.

Consisting of three par-3’s, five par-4’s and one par-5, the course offers a good balance of all that challenges both the beginner and the more complete golfer. Making the most of its natural features, the par-5 eighth follows and ancient reed bed and sets you up nicely to finish with a par-3 ninth in front of the clubhouse. Guests at the club receive a discount price per round.

The resort also boasts a 10-bay driving range, chipping and pitching targets to refine your short game. There are also fishing lakes and a bowls green, which are open to all.

The accommodation on offer really is excellent and makes it the ideal venue for a family holiday or golfing break.
