Situated close to the idyllic New Forest, Hamptworth Golf and Country Club provides a scenic environment in which to enjoy its championship golf course. The past decade has seen extensive refurbishment and renewal of the facilities at Hamptworth, to create one of the finest golfing venues in Wessex. Opened in 1994, the course was designed by Philip Sanders has quickly established itself within the upper echelons of golf clubs in the area.

The parkland layout at Hamptworth is woven through avenues of mature woodland alongside the River Blackwater. The 6,509 yard championship course requires consistent ball-striking and imaginative shot-making to come close to the par of 72. Visitors to Hamptworth are invited to take advantage of the excellent practice facilities within the golf academy. A large driving range with covered bays, two putting greens and a short game area are the ideal place to fine tune your swing and steel yourself for the test ahead.
