Summerhill is a delightful nine-hole course in Hay-on-Wye, a peaceful, rural setting that is the ideal spot for a round of golf.
Hay-on-Wye is a very popular place for lovers of books with its nickname being 'The Town of Books'.
Golfers who also sport a particular fondness for literature, then, will feel right at home.
The course is recognised as being perfect for beginners and this year hosted one of the PGA Wee Wonders events, where some of the best young players in the area played against each other for the very first time.
