Warley
Woods Golf Club, situated in beautiful parkland just two miles west of
Birmingham city centre, is home to pleasant municipal parkland course
that is a good challenge to all levels of players.
Located on a gently
sloping site, most of the fairways are wide and open but the gradients
can catch out the unwary.
This nine-hole course has 9-tees for a full round and comprises many
hazards to trap the unwary golfer. A major feature of the layout is undoubtedly
the positioning of the sand traps while the lateral slopes of some fairways
require careful planning from the tee.
Above all, it is a course to be enjoyed.
