Nestled in the valley between Whaley Bridge and Chapel-en-le-Frith this is a beautifully presented course set amongst rolling foothills of the Pennines. Given the setting you’d be forgiven for thinking that you’re in for a mountainous round of golf.

Instead Chapel-en-le-Frith offers glorious parkland holes, with stunning views of the surrounding peaks and ridges of the Pennine horizon.

The front nine was re-designed in 2002, which saw three new holes added on the edge of Combs reservoir. The par-5 eighth is the most picturesque hole on the course with the reservoir running along its length, the hole is played directly down the valley surrounded by the hills.
