The Chase Golf Club is a challenging 18 hole
parkland course in a fairly open, countryside location. It has a fully
stocked pro shop and excellent clubhouse facilities.
 The
course provides extensive views over Cannock Chase, where the occasional
deer may be spied from afar.
The layout is quite long, stretching to almost
6,700 yards off the medal tees and once of the toughest holes in the engaging
par 5 ninth. It is a dog leg with an out of bounds up the left and guarded
by a lake front right and to the side of the green. A good tee shot sets
up an intimidating second - do you take it on and risk the water or lay
up and play safe?... decisions, decisions.
