St Thomas's Priory Golf Club, set in 160 acres of rolling Staffordshire countryside, offers magnificent views across the country plain to the Peak District. The land once formed the grounds of Hawkesyard Priory and is adjacent to the historic Spode House.

The course was opened in 1995 and stands on a well drained site enabling trolleys to be used all year round; and only in very extreme circumstances has play been restricted. This has gained the course unique respect and well deserved popularity within Staffordshire. Off the yellow markers the course plays a very satisfying 5769 yards, with a strong challenge for the seasoned golfer and much interest for the less experienced player.
