Next to Lancaster Golf Club, follow the A588 out of Lancaster towards Glasson Dock and the Ashton Golf Centre (also known as Ashton with Stodday Golf Club) is about three miles outside Lancaster on your right.

Ashton is a neat course that's perfect for beginners and those who are simply out for a bit of fun and a round that's not too demanding. It contains all the usual hazards and will no doubt throw up a few surprises to the unsuspecting visitor. Lessons are available from the resident professional at a rate of £15 per hour. In addition, a six lesson introductory pack is available at £75 which includes a free lesson notes booklet!
