Originally a nine hole course until its redevelopment in 1972, Blackwell Grange has become a firm favourite with golfers in the North East of England.

It is a commendable short course, although still presents a strong test despite its modest length. Its seven par threes are a joy to play, and your approach to the majority of the greens is made all the harder courtesy of some narrow fairways and well positioned bunkers.

Blackwell Grange has seen some improvements in the last few years with trees being added around the course, in addition to various water hazards. The attractive clubhouse sits in peaceful surroundings - the perfect place to unwind after your round.
