Knott End Golf Club

Having celebrated its centenary in 2010, Knott End Golf Club is one of the longest established golfing venues in Lancashire. Located just outside the town of Poulton, the course at Knott End Golf Club incorporates elements of links and parkland layouts.

The course at Knott End Golf Club is relatively short. At 5,849 yards from the white tees with a par of 69 and 5,374 yards from the red tees with a par of 71, some may have aspirations of going low, however, protected by strong winds at its exposed coastal location, Knott End is sure to present a challenge to all. Shrubbery and bunkers guard fairways and greens that require precise course management to find in the regularly windy conditions.

A modern clubhouse at Knott End, constructed in 1999, offers an inviting environment in which to relax after your game while indulging in a freshly prepared meal and revitalizing beverage. In the summer months, these can be enjoyed along with views of the course in an outdoor seating area. Visitors are welcome at Knott End year-round, with hire items such as carts readily available.
