Leeds Golf Centre is widely regarded as one of the premier golfing centres in this part of the country and is extremely popular with visitors. Course designer Donald Steel believes his creation, Wike Ridge, is unmatched in the area.
"Situated in the glorious heath land and dale countryside to the north east of Leeds, Wike Ridge Golf Course will keep exalted company in one of the most famous golfing areas in the world," says Steel.
"The course has been designed to fit cleverly into the landscape to provide a traditional British course in a traditional setting, with sandy soil and greens built to USGA specifications." Visitors are more than welcome to play 'off the tips' and test their abilities to the full.
