Falkland Golf Club is situated in the picturesque village of Falkland in the shadow of the East Lomond Hills. The course provides superb views of the Lomonds, across Auchtermuchty and North towards Perth. This 9 hole course is relatively flat and is distinguished by several Burns that meander through the course.

The signature hole of the course is the second hole and is the only par 5 on the course. Position from the tee is decidedly more important than length on this hole. The green is protected by Bunkers on both sides and there is a fairway Bunker strategically placed that needs to be avoided. The par 3, 8th is the most difficult hole on the course. Playing to a tiered green, that is protected by 3 Bunkers, is made more difficult by out of bounds to the left and back of the hole.

The clubhouse is small but exceptionally warm and friendly. With prior notice parties can enjoy a good selection of meals and snacks. Falkland would like to welcome visitors and assure them that they will receive a warm welcome from the locals.
