Citywest Hotel Golf Resort is located in the historic village of Saggart.. It is set in over 300 acres of woodland and is regarded as one of the finest golf facilities in Ireland. The course was designed by Ryder Cup star Christy O'Connor Jnr and is the perfect place to visit, both for the low handicapper and those who have just taken up the game. The Citywest course has already staged some top tournaments, including the 1994 Iveco Irish Masters and the 1996 Guardian Royal Open, and the likelihood is that many more similar events will be played over the course in years to come. Visitors are welcome though prior arrangement is requested.
