The Silverwood Golf Hotel and Country Club is considered to be among Northern Ireland finest golfing venues. The hotel is situated in pleasant rural surroundings and only two minutes from the motorway, which links the hotel to Belfast sea/air ports within 20 minutes.

The hotel overlooks the 18-hole parkland layout, nine-hole par three course, floodlit driving range and pitch and putt course. Northern Ireland's premier outdoor artificial ski slope is also situated at the front of the hotel.

The course, however, is well irrigated and features superb sand-based greens, incorporating lakes in the third and tenth holes.
