Strathlene/Buckie Golf Course is a superbly maintained links course extending East from Buckie to the small village of Findochty. On a clear day there are marvelous views over the moray firth to the hills in the North and the moray firth Dolphins are frequently seen passing close by the rocky cliffs which form the Northern boundary of the course.

Each hole has its own individual characteristic with gullies at the first, seventeenth, and eighteenth holes, together with the small hillock which hosts the 4th, 10th and 13th greens being particular features. None of the greens are shared greens. Overall the course provides a good test of golf. Golf is playable all year round and visitors are most welcome. Bookings are only necessary for visiting parties.

Green Fees are £20 / £24 per round and at exactly the same for a daily ticket it represents exceptional value. The modern clubhouse can provide first class catering for up to 60 persons at a time. It has comfortable bar facilities and is only 1 1/2 miles from the center of town.
