Green Fee Savers - Rules & Regulations

For all players

1 All tee bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability or restrictions at the participating course.

2 Visitor rates published are based on current information and are correct at time of going to print. Visitor rates may
change without prior notice and it is advisable to confirm rates at the time of booking.

3 You must confirm you wish to use a Green Fee Saver coupon prior to requesting a booking. Coupons are valid only
through telephone bookings at Green Fee Saver courses.

4 Participating courses reserve the right not to accept Green Fee Saver coupons if parties or groups of over eight
players are viewed as part of the same party or group. If a course agrees to allow the use of Green Fee Saver coupons
for parties or groups of eight players, this must be confirmed at the time of booking.

5 Some courses may require a current club handicap certificate. If you do not have a club handicap certificate, you may
not be allowed to play. Confirm at time of booking.

6 Both coupon holder and his/her guest may not play more than three times on Green Fee Saver terms at any one course
during 12 months from the time of application, unless agreed by the participating course. Use of coupons will be closely monitored.

7 You and your playing partners must adhere to the dress codes set by the course. Confirm club rules and dress code at the
time of booking. No person under the age of 18 will be allowed to play on a participating course unless accompanied by an adult.

8 All restrictions set by the course for the use of Green Fee Saver coupons must be adhered to, i.e. available days, tee booking
times and access.

9 The coupon holder and his/her guest must pay the adult fee regardless of age, unless agreed at time of booking.

10 Each coupon entitles the holder and three playing partners to four rounds or four day tickets for the price of two. The coupon
will also allow the holder and one playing partner two rounds or two tickets for the price of one. (Day tickets are available only
at specified courses.)

11 Green Fee Saver coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentives or discount promotions that PSP Publishing Ltd
or that participating course may advertise from time to time.

12 PSP Publishing Ltd and participating courses have taken care to ensure that all information is correct at the time of going to print.
PSP Publishing Ltd and participating clubs cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.

13 PSP Publishing Ltd cannot be held responsible for any disputes between players and courses. All details should be confirmed at the
time of booking. Any rules, regulations or restrictions set by the club must be adhered to and its decision is final.

14 Only authentic coupons (which are individually numbered) supplied by PSP Publishing Ltd will be accepted by participating courses.

15 Green Fee Saver coupons will be invalid if deemed to be defaced or altered in any shape or form.

16 All 2013 Green Fee Savers coupons are valid from the date of purchase and expire on March 31st, 2014.

17 Applicants should receive the coupons within 14 working days on receipt of application.

18 There is an administration fee of £3.50 with every order, i.e. five coupons= £23.50, ten =£43.50 etc.
