Founded in 1993, Northop Country Park, located around three miles to the south of Flint, is one of the best venues for golf in the north of Wales.

The course is the work of former Ryder Cup player and renowned golf coach John Jacobs. It is in among 300 acres of awe-inspiring parkland and features an abundance of tall trees creating a feeling that you are playing in a world of your own.

The course opened in 1994 and immediately hosted the Welsh PGA National Championships before going on to play host to a number of top amateur events and regional competitions.
